All our residences use keyless self check-in. You will receive your access details and instructions from Lainey before arrival, so you can enter anytime from 3:00 PM without meeting anyone in person.

Yes. Studio One, Studio Two, The Autograph ONE/TWO/THREE JVC and Savanna Creek Harbour all include secure basement parking. Sobha Hartland Greens 5608 and The Autograph THREE JVC offer free parking on the premises. The Fairmont Palm apartment includes parking as part of the resort.

At Seven Palm (Studios One, Two and Three) Palm West Beach is a 2 minute walk. The Fairmont Palm has direct private beach access. Savanna Creek Harbour has a beach entry lagoon on site. The Autograph JVC and Sobha Hartland apartments are city locations a short drive from the beach.

Daily housekeeping is available at Studio Three (Seven Palm). For our other residences, Lainey can arrange cleaning on request during longer stays, message her on WhatsApp to arrange it.
